The RIDGID® Model HC-450 is designed to make continuous holes from 1/4" (6 mm) to 4 3/4" (120 mm) in depressurized steel pipe up to 8” (203 mm) in diameter. Built-in level ensures alignment for multiple holes when using welded seats or Mechanical T® or Vic-O-Let™ fittings to create conduit splices. The HC-450 model is ideal for mechanical, industrial maintenance and fire protection contractors, because it opens holes in tubes made of a wide variety of materials. No conventional drill bit offers performance or durability comparable to the rugged Model 450.
