The RIDGID PC-106 + PCS-500 Pipe Saw Kit cuts pipe quickly and efficiently. The saw clamps pipes and creates square cuts in steel, stainless steel, plastic and cast iron pipes. LED lights flash for cutting speed information. It is not designed to cut bars, plates or pipes in situ; only pipes on supports.
Characteristics
- The interchangeable cutting head works with 2 clamp sizes (1" - 6" and 6" - 12") to cut pipe up to 12" with a ½" wall thickness.
- The saw has a powerful motor and optimal blades, which allow you to easily cut carbon steel, stainless steel, plastic, cast iron and ductile iron (10" 40 gauge pipes in just one minute).
- Quick-adjust features and an integrated alignment pad make assembly quick and easy in seconds.
- Pivot design and speed monitoring with LED interface for optimal power control.
- Rigid 3-point roller system with a directional bearing, which clamps onto the pipe to ensure quality cuts.
- Conveniently placed handles allow for easy, comfortable and controlled rotation.
- Integrated grip and exclusive cable wraps.
