The RIDGID Model 258 Motorized Pipe Cutter cuts 2 1/2" (65 mm) to 8" (200 mm), 10*/40 thick steel pipe, galvanized pipe, rigid conduit, etc. at the workplace or in the workshop. Powered by RIDGID's Model 700 motor drive, the 258 is a displacement cutter that makes square cuts.
The operator controls the speed of the feed by operating the hydraulic foot pump throughout the operation.
Quickly cuts up to 21 ft (6 m) long pipe and nipples squarely and with minimal burrs, without generating abrasive dust, sparks or flares.
Additionally, the RIDGID tube bevel roller can be used to rotate the tube while a second operator bevels it with a grinding machine.
