The RIDGID 811A BSPT Universal Quick Open Die Head (97070), 1/8" to 2" BSPT, is designed for use with 1215, 1233, 300 Compact, 535, 535A and 300 Power Drive machines. The quick-open thread head opens and closes manually based on the user-specified thread length.
Characteristics
- Self-opening (SO): RIDGID offers optional die heads for your pipe threading and manufacturing setup. Automatic release for a repeatable number of threads. They can be quickly adjusted from one size to another with manual release.
- Quick opening (QO): Manual release for user specified thread lengths.
- Cap screw: Designed for threading bolts.
- Bun: dedicated to a specific thread size.
- Semi-automatic (SA): Can be quickly adjusted from one size to another with manual release.
