The B-500 portable tube beveler produces high-quality bevels in 45 seconds* without flames or sparks. The compact design quickly mounts to 4" pipe and up to a maximum wall thickness of 1/2", creating uniform bevels in a single pass.
Characteristics
- Set up and bevel a 10" thick 40 pipe in 45 seconds.
- The tube is cold, so it can be touched immediately after beveling.
- The precision of the bevel angle around the tube diameter allows the surface to be covered in an optimal number of passes.
- Cutting edge can be adjusted from 0 to 3/16" to suit welders' requirements.
- Produces a tooled finish thanks to the simultaneous operation of six replaceable cutting adapters.
- Setup and operation are quick.
- The clamping system (patent pending) allows the tool to be firmly secured to the tube.
- Speed monitoring with LED indicators for optimal cutter performance.

- The cutter head and adapters of the beveler are optimized for normal A53 mild steel tube. Reduced lifespan of adapters can be expected if used on other materials.
